Delivery & Payment Information
Orders may be placed on-line, via phone (0418 643 330) or (02 9871 8539).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit, Money Orders and Cheques. Orders paid by cheque require 4 days to clear before we can ship your order.

All Rainbow Educational products are delivered using Australia Post. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Our standard delivery is via regular mail and we charge a flat postage and handling fee of $8.00 per order anywhere in Australia.
We strive to maintain all products in stock, however, on occasion we will run out of an item and cannot guarantee its availability. If you place an order for any items that are out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail with options for selecting alternate items or canceling those items from your order.
Order Processing & Transit times:
While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 2-5 business days to process and ship out. Please consider this when placing your order and be sure to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, contact our customer service team at email@example.com to arrange for a merchandise exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with the courier. It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection. Failure to do this could result in courier denying the claim. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment. Sorry, but we cannot honor damage claims that are made after this time.
